Instagram Contest Terms
and Conditions
1. Subject of the Competition
HOT POT (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is organizing an online contest via its Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/hotpotpasteria/ with prizes (hereinafter referred to as the “Prizes”) for 1 lucky winner:
1 lucky winner will win a trip for 2 people with paid airfare and accommodation in Milan, Italy, on 11/21/2025.
According to the following specific terms and conditions:
2. Right to Participate in the Competition
Any interested natural person who is a resident of Greece, provided that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have full legal capacity, may participate.
Participation in the Contest requires unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms of use of Instagram and any other website used for participation in and conduct of the Contest.
Employees of HOT POT, as well as their first- and second-degree relatives and spouses, are prohibited from participating in the Contest. The company reserves the right to request identification of participants in order to verify their eligibility to participate and receive the Prize.
3. Duration of the Competition
The duration of the contest is defined as the period from the posting of the relevant announcement on Instagram until 11/20/2025. The contest draw will take place on 11/21/2025.
4. How to participate in the competition
To participate in the contest, participants must visit a Hot Pot store, scan the QR code available in stores, and complete the entry form found on the Company’s website. Entries submitted within the contest time frame will be considered valid. The records kept by the Company with the above details of the participants will constitute full proof of receipt of any entry in the Contest and the validity of that entry, in accordance with condition 5 below. If the same natural person is selected as the winner more than once, they will only be entitled to the Prizes once, in the first draw.
5. Announcement of the winners
The organizer reserves the right to announce the names of the winners on its Instagram page. Winners will be notified via the Company’s Instagram page with a relevant post (story). After valid participation in the contest, winners will be selected on 11/14/2025 through a random selection process from the entry forms. The winners will be announced on 14/11/2025. If the Company becomes aware that participants are using details that do not correspond to real individuals, it is at the Company’s discretion to exclude these participants. Winners will be asked to accept their prize within two (2) days and will be informed of the further procedures by a company representative. If a winner does not accept their prize and does not contact the company within two days, they will lose their right to the prize. Any of the winners may be disqualified at any stage for the following reasons:
(a) if they do not meet all of these terms and conditions, which are all considered essential.
(b) due to an impediment under these terms and conditions.
(c) if, for any reason, it is not possible to contact the winner within the deadlines set out in these terms and conditions.
(d) Failure to present an identity card or passport upon receipt/delivery of the Gift. If any of the above cases apply to one of the winners, the Company has the right to cancel their participation at any stage, even during the prize delivery stage.
6. The Company reserves the right to amend these Detailed Terms and Conditions of the competition, if deemed necessary.
Any such amendment shall be effective upon publication of the amended terms on the Company’s Instagram page.
7. Withdrawal of Announcement – Amendment of Terms.
The organizing company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including the duration of the Contest) by posting a notice on its Instagram page, with the effective date of the revocation/amendment being the date of the relevant notice.
Furthermore, the organizing company reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion. In this case, the organizing company will announce the cancellation/termination of the Contest in any appropriate manner. Upon expiry of the promotional campaign, all obligations of the organising company shall cease to exist, and it shall have no further obligations or responsibilities towards participants and winners.
The Prizes are personal and cannot be exchanged or replaced with others, nor can they be redeemed for cash at any price. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Prizes and their number, with a corresponding modification of the number of final winners.
8. Participants
Participants do not have or acquire any rights whatsoever over the property, trademarks, names, logos, other distinctive features of the companies, and intellectual and industrial property rights.
9. How to redeem the Gift
In order to redeem their Gift, winners must:
(a) Create an account on the travel website 18-24 Travel https://18-24.gr/el/
(b) Send the Company their account details (the email address used to register) so that the amount corresponding to the Prize can be transferred.
(c) The Company will then credit €800.00 to the winner’s account on 18-24, which can be used to book the trip to Paris.
(d) If desired, it is possible to upgrade the existing package by adding additional services or extending the stay. The difference in the amount will be borne by the winner.
(e) If there is no trip to Paris available at a cost of up to €800 at the time of redemption, the amount must be used at a future date when a corresponding package is available.
10. Personal Data/Disclaimer
Subject to the provisions below or within the framework of the Contest, personal data will be processed as follows:
Each participant in the Contest must act lawfully and within the framework of fair trading practices and in accordance with Instagram’s terms of use. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to cancel their participation and take any legal action. By participating in the Contest, the contestant unreservedly consents to the processing of their personal data at any stage of the contest or after its completion.
The personal data sent by the contestants will be stored and processed using automated and/or non-automated methods in order to enable the completion of the Contest. Personal data will be retained and processed by the Company and its affiliated companies—beyond the above purpose—for the advertising and promotion of the Company’s products via email for news, offers, etc.
The Company shall not be liable in the event of any interruption or problem during the conduct of the competition due to the malfunctioning of the Instagram website. The Company reserves the right to use in any way and by any means (e.g., on the Internet, in the media, etc.) the participation of users in this Contest, without their consent, even after the end of the above Contest.

It is understood that users will not be entitled to any remuneration or compensation or any other benefit for the above-mentioned publication, etc., as well as for any advertising exploitation of the Contest by the Company. Participation in the promotional campaign constitutes a clear declaration of consent on the part of the participants for the storage and processing of their data for the purposes of conducting and publicising the promotional campaign, as well as for the purposes of informing and communicating with them regarding new promotional activities by the Promoter.
The organizing company informs that it and/or third parties acting as processors, on its behalf and for its account, will process the personal data of the participants in the Contest, which will be collected from them in accordance with the specific provisions of term 4 above, for the purpose of selecting and announcing the winners and carrying out all necessary actions regarding the awarding of the Prize to them.
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for persons who, as processors acting on behalf of and for the account of the Company, may be involved in selecting the winners of the Contest and awarding the Prizes.
At any time, participants retain the right to be informed of or object to the further processing of their data in accordance with Article 13 of Law 2472/97 on the protection of personal data. In the event of direct disclosure by the participant to third parties of their personal data, the Donor shall not be liable for the use by such third parties of the personal data disclosed to them by the participant.
For this reason, it is the individual responsibility of each participant to personally review the relevant terms of personal data protection before disclosing their personal data to third parties via the internet. The organizing company bears no responsibility whatsoever if, for reasons beyond its control (such as, but not limited to, force majeure, technical problems, lack of network coverage, network overload, network connection interruption, failure to send or receive emails due to lack of available space, incorrect method of participation) or beyond the control of any third party that will transfer the data,
(a) the sending and/or receipt of the competition entry details to users is delayed or fails, for any period of time
(b) the records kept (database with registered participants) are partially or completely destroyed. The organizing company bears no criminal or civil liability to any winner or third party for any accident and/or damage and/or any physical or other harm caused to them directly or indirectly related to the Gift, the use of the Gift or for any other reason. Furthermore, it shall not be liable for any defects in the Gift or for any other reason and shall not be liable or assume any obligation towards participants and/or winners. Upon expiry of the promotional campaign and distribution of the Gift as described above, all obligations of the Company shall cease to exist.
11. Promotional activity
This promotion is not conducted by Instagram, nor is it sponsored, endorsed, or otherwise associated with Instagram.
12. Subscription
In the event of force majeure or security reasons, the Company may and is entitled NOT to offer the Gift, in which case it shall be released from any liability and shall not be obliged to offer an alternative gift of any form or value.
After the end of the Contest and the distribution of the gifts as described above, the Company shall have no further obligations towards the participants.
